Type of contract: Permanent
Location: Australia. We are open to considering applications from individuals based in Kenya, U.K, New Zealand, China, Thailand, and the United States.
Salary: For candidates based in Australia the starting salary is $85,582 per annum, with the possibility of up to $92,917 based on an assessment of skills and experience at the interview stage. For candidates outside Australia, the salary will be benchmarked according to the specific local market.

Unlock a new chapter in your career with this dynamic opportunity as a Programme Coordinator! The Programme Coordinator is a pivotal role within the Campaigns and Advocacy team, facilitating a wide range of activities. Assigned to a specific team- Campaign Strategy, External Engagement and Media, or Research and Animal Welfare- they ensure operational and logistical excellence in managing the team’s programmes, plans and projects. This role is crucial in maintaining consistency, effectiveness and transparency, quality and compliance across Campaigns and Advocacy teams. Contributing significantly to our global portfolio, this role implements key project management disciplines essential for the successful execution of our global campaigns within their designated functional area.

As a Programme Coordinator you will support the relevant Campaigns & Advocacy Director and Heads in the operational and logistical management of programmes. You will be a champion in embedding a high-performance culture and ensure programme quality control by monitoring and reporting on resource allocation, providing continuous improvements through analysis and evaluation.
