Since 2019, our mental health and wellness programs have changed the lives of more than 9,000 Australians otherwise struggling with conditions like PTSD, depression, anxiety, sleep, anger issues, addiction and relationship troubles.
All our programs include either telehealth or onsite access to our experienced and caring registered mental health professionals, as well as daily access to mindfulness practices like yoga, meditation, breathing exercises and more. With more than 100 years of combined experience and a team of more than 50 practitioners, we’re also one of the largest providers in the country.
In 2022, we partnered with the leading mental wellness brand and #1 app for sleep, meditation and relaxation, Calm. Designed to help users manage stress, sleep better and live a happier, healthier life, clients from all our programs, and all our practitioners, now have access to hundreds of hours of original audio content available in seven languages through the premium Calm subscription — an Australian industry first!
About the Role:
We are extending our team & are excited to add the expertise of a highly motivated General Psychologist to our therapeutic support & assessment services offered to NDIS participants, private practice & EAP services. This role is a remote position, with flexible working hours - minimum 10 hours.

Pay: From $120.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week

About the Role:

Your Responsibilities:
- Establish strong rapport with clients, colleagues & medical providers
- Support NDIS participants to reach their goals & live an independent life by means of completing comprehensive clinical interviews & delivering evidence-based psychological interventions
- Providing detailed written reports to medical providers, NDIS etc
- Providing high-quality EAP counseling and crisis response services
- Assess organisational stressors in diverse workplaces
- Offer solution-focused interventions and support
- Maintaining awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory guidelines
- Maintaining a timely schedule to ensure appointments & reporting criteria is met
- Keep accurate & up-to-date client records, including progress notes
- Ability to work from home to carry out interviews, assessments & reporting in support of your caseload

- A passion for working with people with a disability & previous NDIS experience
- General AHPRA registration as a Psychologist (or close to attaining)
- Experience with reporting requirements for NDIS
- Sound time management & organisational skills to manage caseload
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of mindfulness practices & experience working with diverse populations
- Ability to work independently and remotely & able to commit to minimum 2 days (10 hours per week)
- NDIS Workers Screening Card highly regarded
- Experience with telehealth platforms preferred but not required
- Public Liability Insurance & Public Indemnity Insurance
- Own ABN or willingness to obtain one
- Own computer/ laptop, web camera, microphone & stable internet connection in a private workspace for video & telephone client sessions
