Position: Quality Administration Support Officer
Location: Numurkah with support required at Nathalia and Cobram campuses from time to time
EFT/Hours: 0.4 EFT (32 Hours Per Fortnight) comprising flexible days and hours-per-day negotiable.
Status: Permanent Part-Time
Salary/ Hourly rate: $27.7526 to $32.6974, depending on qualification and experience, plus 11.5% superannuation


About the Role:
NCN Health have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our Quality, Risk and Performance team at Numurkah. We are looking for a vibrant, team orientated and consumer focused individual with proficient MS Office skills and who demonstrates attention to detail. Equally importantly, in our engaging work environment, the ideal candidate is a person who is motivated to learn and grow with the team to support the delivery of exceptional healthcare.
The Quality Administration Support Officer will provide high level administration support to the Quality team with processing information, project support, accreditation and promote quality improvement and safety activities within the health service.
What we are looking for:

• Vaccination against COVID-19 is a mandatory requirement.
• Certificate III in Office Administration (desirable) or previous experience working in an administrative role, healthcare or service orientated industry.
• Ability to work in a team environment to achieve successful outcomes with demanding schedules and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills including demonstrated ability to liaise with people from diverse backgrounds.
