We are currently seeking experienced in an administrative RTO position Receptionist to join our team in Melbourne CBD.

Position Type: Part-Time with potential for Full-Time
Key Areas of Responsibility:

Manage a wide range of front desk administrative duties, including but not limited to answering phone calls, managing emails, information entry to Student Management System, and file organization.
Exceptional customer service and organisational skills will be needed as you liaise with Students, Employers, and Training staff via phone, email and in person.
High level of attention to detail, problem solving and organisational skills.
Responsible for managing and maintaining the campus tidiness, including organizing resources, classroom setups, ensuring campus cleanliness, and abiding by workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
Warmly welcome visiting Students and Parents, providing comprehensive information and consultation about the Academy.
Promptly respond to student admission applications, ensuring accurate and timely completion of application assessments, issuance of admission letters, and other related tasks.
Offer continuous and high-quality student services throughout the student's academic journey, including enrolment procedures and academic progress monitoring.
Collaborate closely with other team members, fostering a positive work environment and providing necessary administrative support to faculty and staff.
Actively assist in organizing and participating in various academical activities.

Qualifications:

Bilingualism is preferred: Chinese and English
Exceptional execution skills and professional ethics, with a strong sense of teamwork.
Outgoing and cheerful personality, reliable in work, capable of handling diverse and detailed tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt flexibly and handle situations promptly.
Strong learning ability and some understanding of the latest trends and dynamics in the education industry.
Skilled in office software applications, such as Microsoft Office, and preferred experience with CRM systems.
Prior relevant work experience in the education industry in an administrative RTO position will be given preference.
