Job Description

As a Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with Aryza clients who utilize our Insolvency Software Solutions. Your responsibilities are integral to the success of Aryza's business in Australia, with a focus on customer retention, upselling, cross-selling, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role is essential in driving long-term business growth and client success.

Your contribution

• Identifying & leading upsell and cross-sell opportunities across a clearly defined universe of existing customer coverage names
• Regular existing customer check-ins & account reviews
• Monitoring client health & reducing churn
• Addressing client concerns & issues
• Promoting Aryza product adoption & usage
• Gathering feedback for product improvements
• Collaborating with internal teams (support, product, sales, Exco)
• Assist with other Aryza stakeholders (product, sales, professional services & C level executives) with new client onboarding & implementation

• Proven track record & experience of working with Australian Insolvency customers & relevant SME industry tenure/experience
