A Reliability Engineer is a vital role to help build our market position by supporting the business through before and after sales support improving our client Safety, Reliability & Efficiency.
Your role:
- Build & maintain strong relationships with our clients
- Manage a team of Service technicians
- Ensure all Job Safety Analysis records for all technicians for all jobs are collated
- Provide the full suite of corrective service & condition monitoring services
- Installation work and project management
- Collaborate with application teams and regional sales teams
- Submit activity reports as required
What you need:
- Tertiary or Trade qualified & Formal Vibration Qualification.
- Strong customer relationship management with a flexible approach to market challenges.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate and handle conflicts at all levels.
- Valid Driver’s Licence.
- Willingness and availability to travel.
