Qualifications & experience

• Diploma of Remedial Massage. Minimum 2 years' experience
• Current Massage Association Membership & registered with all major health funds.
• Active Professional Indemnity, Public & Products Liability Insurance
• Excellent communication skills and customer service skills

Tasks & responsibilities

• Conduct assessment to identify client's muscular imbalances, injuries, and areas of concern.
• Perform remedial massage treatments tailored to meet client's specific needs and preferences.
• Utilise a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release.
• Provide expert advice on self-care, exercise and stretching techniques to support clients' overall wellbeing.
• Employing other techniques, such as acupressure or Shiatsu, and complementary aids, such as infra-red lamps, wet compresses, ice, essential oils and herbal and mineral therapies, to assist recovery

Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
