Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading aged care facility. This full-time role primarily involves working Monday to Friday, offering a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a supportive approach to residents, respecting their independence and care choices.
• Office role but on the floor duties when required.
• Lead assessment and care planning in partnership with residents.
• Maintain effective communication with residents and their support networks.
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and contribute to the AN-ACC model.
• Demonstrate leadership skills and mentor team members.
• Adapt to changes and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Commit to quality continuous improvement and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Nursing
• AHPRA Registered
• Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
• Immunization History Statement with COVID-19 vaccination (2 doses + booster)
• Valid Australian Work Entitlements
