What your role will look like:

• You will lead a team of staff across two sites to provide person-centred care to our clients offering support across various aspects of their daily living.

• You will manage all aspects around service delivery including resourcing, quality, risk management and budgeting.

• Lead a vibrant team who celebrate the small joys that make a big difference to people’s lives.

• Enjoy the opportunity to grow your team, building a valuable skillset across physical health, as well as an appreciation of mental health, to support our clients.

• You will interact with health professionals promoting our holistic model of care.

• About you

You’ll need minimum qualifications of Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services or Aged Care, experience working within the NDIS and/or TAC framework and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience.
Proficiency in team leadership, budget management and supervision is highly desirable.
