Become the Restaurant Manager at Dosahut Tallawong in Schofields NSW 2762. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our customers. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership and management skills.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
- Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff, providing training and development opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the restaurant's efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to maintain a high-quality product offering
- Continuously seek ways to enhance the customer experience and drive repeat business
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Restaurant Manager role, ideally within the Hospitality & Tourism sector
- Proven leadership abilities with a talent for fostering teamwork, employee growth, and a positive work culture
- Strong financial acumen, including expertise in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
- A proactive problem-solver with a commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction and driving operational excellence
- Comprehensive understanding of food and beverage industry standards, current trends, and regulatory requirements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both team members and guests
- A genuine passion for hospitality, customer service, and creating memorable dining experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a related field is preferred
