As the Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business. You will work closely with the Manager to ensure that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently. This includes overseeing staff, managing inventory, handling customer inquiries, and assisting with marketing and promotional activities.
We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to work well under pressure. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is a team player and can motivate and inspire those around them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations
- Manage and train staff
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Assist with inventory management
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Previous experience in a similar role
