Westpac is seeking young and ambitious First Nations youth to join our team as a Retail Banking Trainee. These full-time traineeship opportunities offer a unique chance to develop valuable skills and gain firsthand experience in the finance industry.
Position: Retail Banking Traineeship
Type: Full-time Traineeship (12 months duration)
Qualification: Fee-free Certificate III in Financial Services
Key Responsibilities:

Assisting customers with their banking needs
Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
Processing transactions accurately and efficiently using banking systems
Collaborating with team members to achieve branch goals and deliver excellent service

Requirements:

Be able to work full time (Mon-Fri)
Interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service
Have excellent communication along with attention to detail
Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
