Your role is vital in making sure our customers receive a fantastic Macca’s Experience. You will be a brand fan, food fanatic and a people person You make delicious feel good food, drinks and moments easy for everyone You consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness (QSC). I uphold Mc Donald’s beliefs and adhere to our Policies and Procedures. I work in a safe and inclusive environment, showing genuine care and regard for myself, my team and our customers. I contribute and strive towards achieving the goals and targets of the restaurant.
Applicants should have: Mc Donald's Management Experience Excellent service skills in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer relations skills Flexibility with work schedule - must be available for all shifts including weekends Able to train, motivate and lead staff An understanding of labour cost and food costs would be a benefit Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

Salary Range: $73,150.00 to $80,000.00 per annum
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $73,150.00 – $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
