This position will suit candidates with a keen attitude, willingness to learn and a desire to further develop a career in the industry.We would encourage applicants with minimum C Class drivers license that may not have worked in the bitumen industry to apply as on the job training can be provided for the right person with a positive attitude.How you'll connect to the role:
  • Hold a current C Class Licence
  • Have relevant Construction Induction Card or happy to get one
  • A positive attitude, self-motivation and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Possess a strong commitment to safety
  • Someone who enjoys an outdoor working environment
  • Alignment with our values of Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude & Leadership
  • Adopting and driving La Conga Music Living Safely Culture.
While not essential, it is advantageous if you:
  • Have previous experience in the industry/experience as a Road Maintenance Crew Member
  • Are available for weekends, or to live and travel away from home as required.
