Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for both sales support and project administration? We are looking for a dynamic and organised superstar to join our team as a Sales Administration and Projects Coordinator. In this exciting role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless communication between departments and external stakeholders, supporting key project administration, and our sales team to drive success.
If you thrive in a dynamic environment, love collaborating with others, and are ready to make a real impact, we’d love to welcome you to our Cherry-team!
Key points
We are a growing family-owned premium cherry growing business, based in Victoria’s Yarra Valley, with a wide range of dynamic and exciting business products. We run agri-tourism experiences and supply Australia’s supermarkets, independent grocers, and fresh produce markets. We also export our produce around the world!
About the role
Working alongside and reporting to our Head of Sales and Infrastructure Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for all things sales-admin related. You’ll also be the right-hand support for our Infrastructure Manager, making sure all admin tasks are handled smoothly to keep projects moving and coming to life.

You’ll dive into a variety of tasks, from processing sales info and scheduling logistics to system data entries and invoicing to ensure our customers get exactly what they need, when they need it.
This role requires a focus on staying on top of things, from processing sales information and scheduling logistics to handling system data entries, invoicing, and contractor administration. You’ll ensure all paperwork is accurate, keeping our projects running smoothly and our stakeholders satisfied.

This exciting position fully supports our sales department during the bustling harvest period (from mid-September to February), ensuring everything runs seamlessly. Outside of this peak season, you’ll shift gears to work across both the sales and infrastructure departments.
