• Mandatory to Proactively generating leads from door knocking, open homes /private inspections and cold calls
• Phone calls for open home invitation.
• Availability for directional and attending open homes/private inspections
• Proficiently prepare the advertisement for new listings
• Assisting in developing and creating opportunities to achieve sales goals
• Other Adhoc duties including keys delivery and providing access to bank valuers and pest and building inspectors if required.

-preparing condition reports as guided by property manager in rental department
. Essential to have car and weekend availability a must.
