Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide menus.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner.
- Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction with their meals.
- Address customer complaints or concerns with a positive attitude.
- Prepare tables for dining by setting utensils, napkins, and condiments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
- Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions.
- Previous experience will be add on as a waitress preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
Pay: $23.50 – $24.50 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Pingelly, WA 6308: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Required)
- RSA (Preferred)
- Australia (Preferred)
