About the Role
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our Service team at Jeep/Kia on a full-time basis in Narellan.

As a Service Advisor, you will thrive on challenges, excel in a team environment, and demonstrate outstanding customer service skills that elevate our service standards.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, assessing their needs.
Liaise with the workshop and parts departments.
Provide quotes for repair jobs and ensure customers receive exceptional service.
Meet and exceed manufacturers' CSI targets.

Requirements for the role will involve the following:

Experience in retail automotive service.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
Automotive technical knowledge.
Familiarity with ERA-Power DMS preferred.
Punctual, reliable, and well-organised.
Team player with a professional attitude.
Current driver's licence.
Attention to detail.
Right to work in Australia with residency entitlements.
