About the Role
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our Service team at Jeep/Kia on a full-time basis in Narellan.
As a Service Advisor, you will thrive on challenges, excel in a team environment, and demonstrate outstanding customer service skills that elevate our service standards.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, assessing their needs.
- Liaise with the workshop and parts departments.
- Provide quotes for repair jobs and ensure customers receive exceptional service.
- Meet and exceed manufacturers' CSI targets.
- Experience in retail automotive service.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
- Automotive technical knowledge.
- Familiarity with ERA-Power DMS preferred.
- Punctual, reliable, and well-organised.
- Team player with a professional attitude.
- Current driver's licence.
- Attention to detail.
- Right to work in Australia with residency entitlements.
