Enriched Pathways is a NDIS and Child Safety provider operating in the Brisbane region and have seen growth in the last quarter. As such we are excited to commence our search for a new Service Delivery Manager for a 2-month period to cover Leave with potentially becoming a full-time permanent position.
Role Description
This is a part time role for a Service Delivery Manager at Enriched Pathways PTY LTD in Brisbane, QLD. The Service Delivery Manager will oversee service delivery processes, manage client relationships, and ensure the successful delivery of services. Have significant knowledge of the NDIS and Child Safety space.
Leading a team of 10+ Support Workers.
Rostering experience.
Conducting and attending Stakeholder Meetings.
Completing Risk Assessments/ fortnightly stakeholder updates.
Organising staff Inductions and training.
Maintaining NDIS compliance.
Onboarding new participants.
Further to this as per NDIS standards we require our SDM to hold
NDIS industry experience and preferably Child Safety experience
Blue Card
NDIS Workers screening.
NDIS Workers Orientation Module.
Qualifications
Proven experience in service delivery management in the NDIS Industry.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Temp to perm
Contract length: 2 months
Pay: $73,301.67 – $143,546.28 per year
Expected hours: 16 per week
