We currently have an opportunity for a Service Delivery Supervisor to join our team based the region of Macarthur. You will provide support in the delivery of all programmed Work Orders and will target specific Work Priorities and Work Classifications.

What you’ll do
The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:

Schedule Programmed Works as requested for approval.
Validation of SOR scope submitted by the client ensuring accuracy and early identification of any variation.
Undertake works in progress and safety inspections based on activities and trends.
All information relating to each work order is accurately captured within WMS and all relevant systems.
Build and maintain very strong relationships with customers.
Complete pre, mid and post work inspections for each work order, ensuring progress of these inspections are recorded within the system with relevant documentation.

What you’ll bring

High School Certificate, Mechanical or Electrical, or relevant Trade Certificate and driver’s licence.
Experience in project delivery.
Demonstrated ability to proactively build relationships with key stakeholders.
Experience in construction trade.
Customer relations management.
