What’s on offer?

We wish to complement our existing team with a Site Engineer within our Fulton Hogan Utilities business in Rouse Hill, NSW. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to drive your career further, and gain industry relevant experience, with on-the-job skill development/coaching offered throughout. In this role you'll be responsible for:

Reporting to the Project Engineer managing a diverse range of activities such as earthworks, a range of pipework and services, FRP, and other site activities for a treatment plant upgrade
Complete take-offs and prepare tender scope of works
Prepare RFQ Packages and coordinate site visits with Sub-contractors
Lead on the preparation of preliminary construction and material schedules
Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the ITP and closed-out to specified requirements
Identify potential claims (variations/EOT) and prepare for submission to client.

How you'll connect to the role:

A degree level qualification in Engineering (Civil)
Demonstrated previous experience in utilities infrastructure, working on construction projects in water industry, pipelines or treatment plant experience is ideal
Knowledge of project financial management, forecasting, procurement, design and contracts management functions
A solid performer, with professional acumen and exceptional communication skills
