Salary: $80,000 per annum + Super

The Right Person
To be considered for this opportunity, the right person will have:
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor of Engineering degree in a Mechanical discipline.
- Min 2 years’ experience within a similar role, ideally in bulk material handling background or heavy industrial/mining industry
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline, Project Management, Mechanical Engineering & Drafting.
- A commitment to high health, safety, and environmental workplace standards
- Commitment to achieving NEPEAN’s project plan and business objectives
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve
- Adaptability and Flexibility
- Work personality strongly aligns with NEPEAN’s DNA
Technical
- Understand the operation of NEPEAN industrial equipment.
- Ensures calculations for mechanical, elements of design are conducted to the appropriate standards.
- Provide technical assistance during project installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
- Monitor and control the schedule, budget, and quality of each assigned work package.
- Cross-check work to ensure drafting specifications are correct. Correct drawings when needed
- Check drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and clarity for fabrication
- Sketch designs using Auto CAD and/or 3D package
- Conveyor System Design
- Project Engineering Management
