We’re a tourism photography company, creating smiles and capturing memories all around Australia. We capture and sell photos at popular attractions all around the world, from theme parks and rides to zoos and aquariums; if it's a fantastic attraction we're there!
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are recruiting for a Site Manager to lead our Sydney retail photography operations to excellence. As a Site Manager you will provide critical leadership to ensure a consistently excellent experience for our customers day in, day out. You'll be a leader, not just a manager; we're looking for someone who will enjoy motivating and driving our fun and friendly team to succeed.
High Level Accountabilities:
● Develop customer service manuals for your assigned sites and direct reports and monitor customer satisfaction levels
● Oversee and coordinate all aspects of operations, ensuring the day-to-day operational efficiency of your site(s) and that the expected site performance and excellence standards are met
● Lead and motivate your direct reports to achieve excellence in their roles and promote a customer-first approach in all interactions
● Manage all aspects of people management including recruitment, retention, performance, and training to enhance team capabilities
● Oversee post-sales services, including monitoring mystery shopper reports, customer service tickets and conducting daily checks for photo quality, team assessment, and stock/print quality
● Collaborate with other internal departments and/or the partner attraction to identify and address customer needs and expectations, ensuring that our product offerings align with guest preferences
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
● Proven experience in customer service; formal qualification or 3+ years experience in a similar role
● Previous experience in a management/supervisory role in a guest focused environment
● Experience working in a fast-paced, target oriented sales environment with a track record of achieving KPIs and store budgets
● Effective communication style, able to engage at all levels from frontline operations to the senior leadership
● Time management, prioritisation of tasks and sound decision-making skills
● Experience in the travel, retail, tourism and/or Hospitality industry(s) is preferred
● Tourism never sleeps, so we’ll need you to be able to work weekends and school holidays
THE BENEFITS:
