Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum + 11.5% Superannuation
Visa Sponsorship Available
Accessible Care is a therapist-designed and built private agency with offices in Adelaide and Melbourne. We are a close-knit, supportive team that values collaboration and knowledge sharing across multi-disciplinary teams. We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our Melbourne team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language assessments and therapy to a diverse caseload, including children and adults
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for clients
Support clients with communication disorders, language delays, and swallowing difficulties
Keep accurate and up-to-date client records
Provide education and support to families and caregivers

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Speech Therapy or equivalent
SPA (Speech Pathology Australia) registration is desirable
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in speech therapy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
