JUMP! Swim Schools is Australia's leading provider of small class infant and child swimming lessons. At our brand new Caddens Corner facility, we pride ourselves on offering a safe, personalized, and fun environment for children to develop essential water skills. Our teaching philosophy emphasizes confidence, safety, and skill progression in every class.
About the Role
This is more than just a management role. It’s an opportunity to inspire, teach, and grow. Your responsibilities will include:

• Teaching Excellence: Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to children of all ages while mentoring instructors to uphold our teaching standards.
• Sales Strategy & Outreach: Develop and implement a full sales strategy, including community outreach to attract new families, drive enrollments, and retain students.
• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, and performance to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Customer Engagement: Act as the face of our swim school by fostering strong relationships with parents, guardians, and the local community.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, and inspire a team of instructors and staff to create an outstanding learning environment.
• Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and cleanliness standards across all facilities.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a candidate with:

• Proven experience in swim instruction and swim school management.
• A strong sales background with the ability to implement and execute growth strategies.
• Confidence in community outreach and building partnerships to promote the swim school.
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate a team.
• Current certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Swim Instruction (AUSTSWIM or Swim Australia preferred).
• A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively.

Pay: $51,772.32 – $71,551.40 per year
