The Role
We are seeking an innovative and dynamic team leader with a passion for helping deliver creative excellence. In this pivotal role, you will inspire and guide a talented team of designers to produce impactful graphic design and creative across traditional and digital platforms.
You'll oversee the team's day-to-day operations, which includes reviewing design briefs, managing workflow and job allocation, ensuring quality assurance, and building positive relationships with clients and stakeholders. You'll also ensure that all creative output align with Queensland Health's branding and communication objectives.

The essential requirements for this role are:

• Proven experience in managing complex creative projects
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Expertise in graphic design and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent project management and leadership ability
