Fantastic opportunity exists for a qualified trainer and leader to join the CFS Learning and Development Directorate in the Urban Training Team. This diverse and rewarding role involves team and budget management, course development and training delivery of quality training products across a range of firefighting roles including structure fire, road crash rescue, Haz Mat response and other specialist services. As a Team Leader you will engage with a team of direct reports, other staff and volunteers across South Australia enabling the work of CFS as an all-hazards fire and rescue service. You will also be responsible for building training capabilities of others, through mentoring and formal assessment processes.
Essential qualifications

PUA20719 Certificate II in Public Safety (Firefighting Operations), or its equivalent; and
TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
Or A diploma or higher level qualification in adult education.
