Test and Commissioning Technician

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Testing and Commissioning Technician to join our Test and Commissioning team. This role is based out of HMC, FMC and MMC supporting the Test and Commissioning team, and schedule as required. In this role, you will ensure that all works are completed punctually and meet our stringent quality standard. This role is Full time fixed term for up to 12- months.
What You Bring:
- Meet the requirements of a Rail Safety worker
- A-grade electricians or dual trade, Instrument Technicians, trade qualified Test technicians with engineering background
- Able to workday/afternoon/night rotating roster as required.
- Significant experience in a rolling stock test and commissioning preferred
- Ability to follow test procedures and electrical/mechanical drawings
- Proven fault-finding skills and ability to repair defects in a timely manner to meet deadlines
- Team player with outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills
- Proficient in using diagnostic software.
- Demonstrated leadership that strives towards the commitment to Zero Harm
