The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with Tik Tok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.

Responsibilities

1. Creator Sourcing:

• Identify and recruit top-tier Live Creators through data analysis of trends and value-generating metrics.
• Engage creators from outside the livestreaming ecosystem and onboard talent from rival apps and other content verticals.

2. Creator Growth Strategy:

• Develop growth plans to enhance creator value and platform engagement.
• Provide comprehensive support to creators, ensuring they understand the Live ecosystem, policies, and products.
• Create educational content and campaigns to help lower-level creators improve, while offering personalized plans for mid-to-high level creators to increase their income and content quality.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with teams across Short-form Video, Marketing, PR, Legal, and more to enhance creator performance.
• Partner with high-quality Live creators for various online and offline campaigns to enrich their Tik Tok experience.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills, data-driven mindset, and a passion for live content.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable to an international and diverse environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with live streaming, content operations, influencer marketing, or digital marketing.
• Established connections with Live creators, celebrities, or content influencers.
• 3-5 years in content operations, data analysis, or related fields, preferably within the tech industry.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
