About the Role

• Provide ethical decision making in the achievement of organisational goals.
• Manage allocated resources under minimal supervision from the relevant supervisor (Trade Co-ordinator and Trade Supervisor). Including, overseeing the work of contractors, trade assistants and apprentices, ensuring deadlines, specifications and quality standards are met, producing effective work output in terms of both quality and quantity.
• Order materials associated with maintenance work orders including estimating cost, sourcing suppliers, price comparison and adjustment of work schedules to meet availability of materials.
