Tintify is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Trainee Window Tinters. This full-time position is perfect for those with a background in cleaning who are ready to transition into a skilled trade. No prior tinting experience is required—we provide comprehensive paid training to help you build a rewarding career.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle with sufficient cargo space (SUV, ute, 4x4, or hatchback) to transport tools and materials.
Key Responsibilities

• Learn and apply window tinting techniques for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare surfaces to ensure optimal tint application and quality finish.
• Travel to client sites for on-site installations.
• Maintain and organise tools, ensuring efficient operation.
• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold Tintify’s standards of quality.

What We’re Looking For

• No prior tinting experience required—we will train the right candidate.
• Valid Australian driver’s license.
• A vehicle with sufficient space to transport materials and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good time management skills and the ability to work independently.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
