• SIT30821 Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
• SIT40521 Certificate IV in Kitchen Management
• SIT50422 Diploma of Hospitality Management
• SIT60322 Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management

The key responsibilities of this role are as follows

• Delivering both practical and theoretical units to students.
• Using our LMS platform to deliver digital content while embedding your own unique industry-relevant experiences to enrich the learning environment.
• Marking students' assessments and providing quality feedback.
• Accurately tracking and reporting student attendance, grades, and unit outcomes.
• Prepare and deliver training and assessment services in accordance with training organization policies and procedures to meet all regulatory requirements.

Qualification/Requirements
Mandatory requirements

• A qualification at least to the level being delivered
• TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher or willing to obtain this qualification.

Successful candidates will have

• Current relevant industry experience
• A positive attitude and a passion for the learning process.
• Strong attention to detail.
