We are seeking passionate team members Full-time for both stores: The Galeries and World Square, who will provide strong support and deliver an exceptional experience for our customer.

About the Role
1. Sales Associate

• Be an ambassador for the Brand and at all times portray a professional and customer-oriented image
• Provide excellent customer service while achieving sales target
• Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Understand and contribute to help store achieve targets on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• Build productive trust relationships with customers
• Maintain and manage merchandise displays and inventory
• Perform and abide to all Operational Procedures
• Process POS (point of sale) purchases
• Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s display)
• Assist in transporting gelato from lab to the store when needed.

2. Gelato Maker

• Churning fresh gelato on a daily basis
• Monitor stock to ensure a constant supply of gelato
• Ensure the kitchen is always clean. Maintain and implement correct Food Safety Practices
• Orders and stock management

About you

• Be the Brand Ambassador of Venchi
• Pleasant personality, energetic, proactive, responsible and service oriented
• Be an absolute team player
• Ability to speak Italian or Spoken Mandarin would be highly advantageous

Pay: $54,000.00 – $58,000.00 per year
