The Floor Staff ensures excellent customer service, cleanliness, and efficient operations in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and maintaining a clean environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, handle inquiries and complaints.

• Take orders, deliver food and drinks, and clear tables.

• Keep the dining area and restrooms clean and stocked.

• Support teammates for smooth, timely service.

• Follow safety and health protocols.

Qualifications:

• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred.

• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.

• Able to stand long periods and lift moderate weights.

Note: May include night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
