Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure an enjoyable dining experience.
• Menu Knowledge: Be well-versed in our menu and provide recommendations, including understanding of dish ingredients and drink pairings.
• Order Management: Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the dining area tidy, reset tables, and assist in maintaining a clean environment.
• Problem Resolution: Handle guest concerns with grace and escalate issues when necessary.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow waitstaff, kitchen staff, and bartenders to ensure smooth service flow.

Criteria & Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Customer Focus: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Communication Skills: Clear and engaging communication, with a friendly and positive demeanor.
• Efficiency: Ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Team Player: Willingness to assist colleagues and adapt to changing situations.
