At Pestrol, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service and quality products to our customers. Our team is the backbone of our operations, and we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Dispatch and Receiving Associate to join us in our fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Receiving:
Accurately inspect and document incoming shipments.
Ensure proper storage of products in designated areas.
Update inventory systems with received items.

Dispatching:
Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring all items are packaged correctly.
Coordinate with delivery services to schedule timely pickups.
Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities.

Inventory Management:
Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment.
Support the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the warehouse team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in warehouse operations, dispatch, or receiving preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Forklift License a plus (Or willingness to attain Forklift License is a must)
Proficient in using inventory management software - Odoo knowledge is a bonus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

Villawood, NSW 2163: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
