Warehouse Dispatch and Receiving - Operations Team

At Pestrol, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service and quality products to our customers. Our team is the backbone of our operations, and we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Dispatch and Receiving Associate to join us in our fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving:
- Accurately inspect and document incoming shipments.
- Ensure proper storage of products in designated areas.
- Update inventory systems with received items.
- Dispatching:
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring all items are packaged correctly.
- Coordinate with delivery services to schedule timely pickups.
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities.
- Inventory Management:
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment.
- Support the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the warehouse team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, dispatch, or receiving preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Forklift License a plus (Or willingness to attain Forklift License is a must)
- Proficient in using inventory management software - Odoo knowledge is a bonus.
Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Villawood, NSW 2163: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
