THE OPPORTUNITY
This role will suit someone who is happy to be the first point of contact for our organization. Based at the front reception desk you will provide a professional and helpful experience to all customers and staff. Attending to couriers, dispatch and keeping an active eye on stock-take are key parts of this role. You will enjoy assisting where you can, offering to help others if you have the time, these are the things that will add variety to each day!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $31.23 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Work Location: In person

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reception - answering calls and forwarding messages (this is not a switchboard)
- Stock Management - Picking, packing and shipping of orders
- Ordering of Staff Uniforms & office supplies
- Supporting travel and accommodation requirements
- Support accounts with AP/AR
- Data Entry
- Other ad hoc support tasks as required
- All-round abilities and a drive to learn more
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Be a practical 'hands on' person willing to help out wherever needed
- Attention to detail along with excellent time management skills
- Ability to prioritize
- Ability to adapt to new software systems.
- Previous experience with google docs & Pronto will be helpful.
