Workshop Foreman - Managing workflow, allocating jobs, ordering materials, mentoring apprentices, assisting tradespersons with projects and monitoring the performance and development of staff. Implementing structures and techniques to ensure timely job completion and monitoring projects for quality assurance against technical drawings or computer aid designs (CAD)
Position requires previous completion of Certificate 3 in Engineering Tradesperson/Metal Fabrication.
Must be able to work in a team, excellent communication skills, understand technical drawings.
Wage is negotiable, dependant on experience and skill level
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $79,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
Schedule:

Monday to Friday
No weekends

Licence/Certification:

Certificate 3 in Engineering Tradesperson/Metal Fabrication (Required)

Work Authorisation:

Australia (Required)

Work Location: In person
