Supporting the Global Operations Team in operational and organizational matters.

Independent preparation of reports, presentations and documentation.

Coordinating travel, meetings and events for executives and the management team.
-
Create and optimize administrative processes for the newly established Global Operations division.
-
Communication with internal and external partners at international level.
-
Ensuring a smooth flow of information within the Global Operations Team region.
-
Completed commercial education or comparable qualification.
-
First work experience in a comparable assistant position, ideally on an international level is an advantage.
-
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
-
Excellent communication skills in English and German; other languages are an advantage.
-
Experienced handling of MS Office (especially Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
-
Ability to work in a team, discretion and a high degree of initiative.
-
