About the role

Analysis of strategic business processes at external clients of XALAX Gmb H both nationally and abroad
Advising on options for performance improvement using ERP systems within the scope of the MS Dynamics D365 product portfolio
Conceptual design of system solutions in collaboration with the internal consulting and software development team
Ongoing contact and coordination with customers, business owners, key users, the departments involved and the respective IT experts
Organisation of workshops with all stakeholders to develop the best possible solutions
Support in the operational introduction of the relevant software solution
Training of system users

About you

Business Studies Graduate with a major in Computer Science or IT studies and a focus on business and operations management (FH, TU, university)
Thorough experience and knowledge in the field of ERP systems
Both practical and theoretical knowledge of operational methodologies and business processes in commercial operations
Several years of professional and project management experience are essential
Excellent English language skills (B2 - C1) and good command of German (B1 - B2)
Analytical approach and very good communication skills
Well-developed organisational skills with a high sense of personal responsibility
Willingness to travel
A team player with a hands-on approach
