The Events Team at ISTA organizes academic events like conferences, workshops and meetings, public outreach activities or networking events. As part of the Events Team, you will assist in organizing all kinds of events and related activities.
- On-site event management support at ISTA events
- Support in developing and distributing event marketing and promotion measures (online and offline)
- Update both quarterly report on past events and data base
- Write Event Office meeting minutes
- Assisting speakers with travel management and other organizational matters
- Assisting Event Managers in preparing sponsorship contracts
- University degree in event management or other relevant education
- Work experience in (online) event management
- Experience in design software, CRM software and in implementing marketing measures is advantageous
- Excellent command of English and German
- Strong team player with good communication and organization skills
- Accurate and reliable working style
- High degree of service orientation and hands-on mentality
- Flexible working hours
