Laboratory Supervisor (f/m/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage lab resources in responsible area
  
• Train, qualify and support engineers
  
• Maintain high level of safety (EHS) and 5S in all responsible laboratory areas
  
• Conduct failure root cause investigations, related data analysis and reporting
  
• Optimize and improve test methods to provide higher quality, efficiency and/or reduce cost
  
• Conduct and drive complex projects in reliability and failure analysis laboratory
  
• Key contact person for responsible area for internal and external audits
  
• Cooperation between AT&S internal departments and suppliers
  
  

Your Profile

• Compleated technical education in physics, electronics, material science, or similar areas
  
• Min. 5 years of work experience in laboratory work or in similar technical areas
  
• Willingness of working in cleanroom environment
  
• Advanced statistic know-how and knowledge of quality standards (5S, MSA, FMEA, DOE, …)
  
• Experience in project management
  
• Structured working style and detail oriented personality
  
• Very good English language skills; German would be an advantage
  
• Basic IT skills preferred (e.g. CAQ, Share Point, Minitab, JMP, Minitab, MS Office)
