Become a leader in the Direct Spend Team at our Linz site, guiding the procurement of chemical raw materials and packaging for pharmaceutical production. Your Area of Responsibility
  • Lead the Direct Spend Team with effective resource management
  • Develop and implement ambitious purchasing strategies
  • Conduct contract and price negotiations flawlessly
  • Initiate and drive cost-saving projects
  • Collaborate with internal customers and team members, both locally and internationally
  • Participate in global category projects

Your Qualifications
  • Completed commercial or technical education (Matura, University of Applied Sciences, University)
  • Proven experience in purchasing, preferably within an industrial company
  • Strong chemical-technical understanding and results orientation
  • Excellent communication skills and an assertive personality
  • Enjoyment and skill in negotiation
  • Collaborative approach and proactive attitude
  • Willingness to travel
  • Proficiency in German, English, and IT systems

At our Linz location, we ensure that your compensation aligns with the collective agreement of the Chemical Industry of Austria. For this position we provide a minimum gross salary of 77.543,90 € per year. Overpayment is possible based on your previous experience and qualifications. In addition to this, you will enjoy benefits such as a performance-based remuneration, a pension fund system, and the flexibility of a hybrid working model.
