Receptionist (m/f/d)

Starting date: Immediately
We are looking for receptionists (m/f/d) for our clients - hotels and restaurants in Austria - for the winter season or permanent positions.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and check-in of arriving guests
- Organizing a smooth stay for guests
- Guest assistance and information point for all guest inquiries
- Check-out and farewell of departing guests
- Invoicing and cash handling
- Performing administrative reception tasks and maintaining master data
- Creating offers and reservation confirmations
- Various control tasks, including direct room sales
- Waiter and credit card settlement
- Experience at the reception, completed vocational training as a hotel specialist (m/f/d) is advantageous, but we are also open to new career changers
- Fluent German language skills both written and spoken, as well as English language skills
- Good interpersonal skills and verbal expression
- Team player, sociable, flexible, resilient, good communication skills, conflict management skills, and enthusiasm for the profession
- Customer-oriented and independent work style, experience with the hotel software ELITE is advantageous
- Good computer and IT skills
- Well-groomed appearance
- Discretion and trustworthiness
- Above-average remuneration based on experience and qualifications
