We are looking for a motivated and energetic Talent Development Manager:in to join Rosewood Schloss Fuschl.

Job Summary:

Recruitment administration (from advertisement to hiring)
HR administration in all other areas
Support in planning and implementation of training courses
Collaboration on various projects
Close cooperation with all departments of the hotel
Host mentality

Required Skills:

A completed vocational training
First experience in HR especially in the hotel industry is an advantage
Very good German and English language skills
Positive charisma and enthusiasm
Ability to work in a team, reliability, flexibility and resilience
Host qualities - and these characterize you in particular!
A well-groomed appearance
Passionate ability to care
