As part of our Customer Happiness team, you will:
- Investigate and resolve complex technical challenges
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Contribute to impactful projects and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to existing processes
- Bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the table
- Collaborate closely with other agents during onboarding and upskilling
- Share knowledge and expertise with the team
- Maintain and update onboarding materials and resources
- Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
- Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
Key requirements:
- Ideally, experience with devices that use GPS and cell network to function
- Experience with and knowledge of Apps and digital tools
- Experience in customer service and preferably experience with ticket systems and/or Confluence
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly
- Strong analytical skills and great attention to detail
- Very good English skills
- Valid Austrian work permit or current enrollment at an Austrian university/FH
- Proactive, self-driven and eager to learn
- Interest to keeping yourself up to date & open for changes
- Reliable team player
- Tech-savvy with a passion for solving issues & puzzles
- Good at breaking down (and solving) complex problems
- Passion for inspiring others with knowledge
- Excited to work in Austria alongside an outstanding team
Just so you know what to expect: For this position, we offer a competitive overpayment based on qualification and experience. Austrian law requires us to state the minimum gross salary according to collective agreement, which is €28,369 per year on a full-time basis. At Tractive, that means a 4-day workweek with a 3-day weekend.
