Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
- Review financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Analyse financial data to provide strategic insights to management.
- Evaluate financial performance and recommend improvements for efficiency.
- Lead and guide the accounting team to achieve set objectives.
- Provide training and necessary support to team members.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial and business alignment.
- Provide financial support to departments through accurate financial advice.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting regulations and laws.
- Manage internal and external audit processes.
- Participate in the annual budget preparation and cost estimation.
- Monitor actual performance against the budget and analyze variances.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with team management experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting.
