  • Employee Relations: Collaborate with HR to resolve employee-management disputes and negotiate labor contracts .
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasting financial trends and preparing financial analyses to support decision-making.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor finance and HR teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth.
