Job Description

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, according to recipes and established standards.
• Engage with guests to provide recommendations, answer questions about drink offerings, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring that all tools, glassware, and ingredients are readily available.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of bar supplies, ordering as necessary to ensure seamless service.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service and cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely beverage service alongside food orders.
• Create and innovate new cocktail recipes that align with the Greek theme of the restaurant.
• Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender in a fine dining or upscale restaurant is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and beverage pairings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• A passion for hospitality and a desire to provide exceptional guest experiences.
