Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced BI Developer/Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to build impactful, automated, and actionable reports and dashboards. You will be responsible for transforming complex data into meaningful insights using Power BI, Looker, and Tableau. Your focus will include data integration, visualization, and optimizing performance to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using Power BI, Looker, and Tableau.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and participate in design review sessions.
• Work closely with data engineers to ensure the seamless development of automated reports and analytics solutions.
• Implement and maintain data models (Star Schema, Snowflake) to support reporting and analytics.
• Design, develop, and manage ETL processes using tools like Informatica, Talend, or equivalent.
• Manage, query, and optimize large databases (SQL, No SQL) to ensure data accuracy and performance.
• Conduct data quality assurance and ensure adherence to data governance standards.
• Enhance OLAP cubes for better analysis and report automation.
• Identify and solve data-related issues, ensuring data security and compliance.
• Optimize SQL queries for better report performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in BI development and data analytics.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and Looker for dashboard and report development.
• Expertise in data modeling techniques (Star Schema, Snowflake).
• Strong experience with ETL tools (Informatica, Talend) and database management systems (SQL, No SQL).
• Experience with OLAP cube design and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of SQL query optimization and automation techniques.
• Familiarity with business requirements analysis and data governance practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of business domain knowledge and data security best practices.
